By accessing this website or engaging Pronoia Communications services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

  1. Services

Pronoia Communications provides purpose-first brand strategy, coaching, and communications consulting services to women entrepreneurs and leaders. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements or proposals provided at time of engagement.

  1. Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or at time of purchase. Pronoia Communications reserves the right to pause or discontinue services if payment is not received.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email. Refunds for prepaid packages are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed after work has commenced. Digital products (playbooks, worksheets) are non-refundable upon download.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, frameworks, playbooks, and tools — is the property of Pronoia Communications and Tess Zevenbergen. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables created for them. Pronoia Communications retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed upon in writing.

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

  1. Results Disclaimer

Pronoia Communications provides strategic guidance and frameworks based on professional expertise. While we are committed to delivering quality work, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on implementation and factors outside our control.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pronoia Communications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

  1. Changes to These Terms

Pronoia Communications may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
